Marshall Motoart and Destination Polaris Project X
, Outdoor Channel.
Marshall Motoart
was chose to participate in the Destination Polaris Project X build that will be televised on the Destination Polaris show
that airs on Monday evenings, Outdoor Channel. Polaris chose their 2010 Polaris Ranger to be converted into the ultimate
"Polaris Rocket Ranger Sand Rail". Marshall Motoart did the build and added the Marshall Motoart 2010 Polaris
Ranger 5.5 UTV Cage Kit, Marshall Motoart Cargo Rack, Marshall Motoart Light Bar, Marshall Motoart Front Bumper, Marshall
Motoart Continuous Grab Bar, a Marshall Motoart Sunbrella Top and Marshall Motoart Ranger Suspension. Marshall Motoart
and Polaris had great sponsors step up to add their top of the line products that added to the magnificent machine that was
created. ITP came with 14X7 T7 Beadlock Wheels and ITP Mud Light XXL 3012-14 tires. Aerocharger took several days
to come to Marshall Motoart's shop to help with the installation of their new Turbo for the Polaris Ranger. The Aerocharger
turbo kit for the Polaris Ranger XP is a fully loaded, completely bolt on 85HP pump gas setup. The kit comes complete
with an air to water intercooler, clutch kit, gauges and fuel system. Super Winch wanted to make sure we were prepared
for those uncharted territories we would want to scout out with their bolt in winch on the Marshall Motoart Bumper and also
presented a Super Winch in a bag. Yes a take where ever winch that fits neatly into a travel bag ready for use any where.
PIAA came on board with the ultimate lights. We installed their 881 H.ID. Conversion Kit in the existing Ranger Headlight
System then added the sets of PIAA 525 Dual Beam Lights that included the wiring harness, relay, switch and grill covers.
Count them! Three mounted on the Marshall Motoart Bumper and SEVEN mounted in the Marshall Motoart Light Bar. You will
see where you are going! Summers Brothers Racing made sure we would be taken care of in the axle department. Using
the Summers Brothers Axles in combination with the Marshall Motoart Ranger Suspension we were ready to go for the ultimate
safe and soft ride. Legend Air Suspensions made sure that the ride in the mixed terrain would be traveled comfortably.
Legend Air Suspensions provided the Machine with their Legend Air Spring Shocks for both the front and back. Fantastic
set up with the Thomas on-board air compressor, marine grade toggle switches, solenoid valve with plug and play wiring, airline,
and all necessary hardware. Twisted Stitch Seats wanted to make sure the Machine looked its best so with their magic
and talent they provided sharp, quality and great fitting seat covers. Yes they are seat covers. I dare anyone
to guess that the seats weren't custom upholstered seats.
Thank
you Polaris for providing Marshall Motoart with a great machine to work. Thank you Destination Polaris by Ron Schara and produced
by Jared Christie for coming to Marshall Motoart's Shop in West Haven, Utah to film and include us in your program. Special
thanks to Mickey who had unbelievable patience when filming. How many takes? Yes sometimes it took a few.
Marshall Motoart gives all the sponsors a very big THANK YOU again. Every company we worked with to make this Project
X happen stepped up with fantastic products and great service.
Project X, "Polaris Rocket Ranger Sand Rail" was a great success. We can't
